Scope and Eligibility
These Terms govern use of this website and purchases made through it. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract.
Products and Services
Products are offered subject to availability. We take reasonable care with descriptions and images, but screen settings and natural materials can cause variations. Review specifications, measurements, installation needs, compatibility, and selected options before ordering. We may correct an obvious listing error before accepting an order.
Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Charges
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site. Applicable taxes, shipping, discounts, and other charges are calculated and presented before you submit the order. You are responsible for duties or import charges unless checkout expressly states they are included.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept only the payment methods displayed during checkout, which may include eligible cards or digital payment options. Availability can differ based on the order, billing details, destination, currency, and payment provider.
Payment Timing and Billing
The payment provider may authorize payment when the order is submitted and capture it immediately or during processing. You must provide accurate billing information. If an order is rejected or canceled after capture, any refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Ordering Process
Choose the product and available options, add it to the cart, enter accurate billing and delivery details, select shipping and payment, review the full order, accept the applicable terms, and submit it. Information can be corrected before the final submission.
Order Acceptance
An order-confirmation message acknowledges receipt but does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched. We may reject or cancel an order because of inventory, listing or pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, quantity limits, or legal requirements. Captured funds will be refunded.
Customer Cancellations
Request a cancellation through a verified Contact channel before packing, customization, or shipment begins. We will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment is underway. After fulfillment, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies. Rights provided by law remain available.
Complaints and Warranty Rights
For a product concern, contact Customer Support with the order number, a clear description, and photographs when relevant. Depending on the facts and applicable law, an available remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy described in the current store policies. This section does not create a separate product warranty or limit non-waivable consumer rights.
User Responsibilities
Provide accurate, current information, protect your account credentials, use the site lawfully, avoid fraudulent activity, and respect purchase limits and resale restrictions. Do not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy it at scale, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access.

The text, photographs, graphics, public brand assets, layout, and software presented on this website are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Visitors receive a limited right to use the site for personal shopping. Liability and Events Beyond Control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that law does not allow us to exclude. To the fullest permitted extent, we are not responsible for unforeseeable indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, and our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control, but will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and provide any remedy required by law.
Dispute Resolution
Please give Customer Support an opportunity to resolve a concern first. These Terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any court proceeding must be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction, without limiting access to consumer agencies, regulators, or rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, service, or legal changes. The revised effective date will be displayed and additional notice provided when required. Unless law says otherwise, the terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order.
